Printing

Have Printer? Then print!

We set up your system so that all invoices and receipts can be printed with your business details and logo.

As you can access MyClientDiary from anywhere at any time, we don't know where you are or what computer you are using. So, to print we create a "PDF" file which can be read by the internet standard Abobe Acrobat reader. This allows you to view and print your invoices/receipts/reports from anywhere. If you have the more recent editions of Acrobat reader installed you can also email reports. You can email invoices directly to clients.

Not everyone is equal

You, the business owner, must decide the level of user accessibility to your system. Only some users should be given access to reports and utilities designed for the business owner or manager. To access these parts of the system you will need to log in as this high level user, and when you are ready to go back to normal activities just log in again normally.
